UUDO
Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Effective date: August 10, 2026
These Terms are the agreement between you and UUDO. They explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and what happens when something goes wrong. We have tried to write them in plain language.
Clauses that limit your rights are highlighted, so you can find and read them easily.
1Who we are, and what these Terms cover
UUDO (“UUDO”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a community platform for university students. The student experience is delivered exclusively through the UUDO mobile application for iOS and Android (the “App”). The website at uudo.app (the “Site”) is informational and does not provide the student experience.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and UUDO Brasil Tecnologia LTDA, a company incorporated in Brazil, with its registered address at Rua Itapeva 636, Bela Vista, São Paulo — SP, 01332-000, Brazil.
These Terms apply to the App, the Site, and every feature we make available through them (together, the “Service”). Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and governs all handling of personal data. Where these Terms and the Privacy Policy differ on a data protection question, the Privacy Policy prevails.
Separate documents govern other relationships with UUDO and are not part of these Terms: the Organization Terms (accepted when you request a student organization), the Institutional Privacy Notice, and any agreement between UUDO and a university.

2Accepting these Terms, and who may use UUDO
By checking the acceptance boxes during registration, or by using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
To hold a UUDO account you must:
- be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher;
- have, and keep, access to an email address on a domain that UUDO has associated with a university on the platform;
- be a natural person acting on your own behalf, with one account only;
- not be barred from receiving the Service under any applicable law, not be located in an embargoed country, and not appear on an applicable restricted-party list.
We check your age at registration by asking for your date of birth and computing your age on our servers. Your date of birth is used only for that check and is discarded immediately afterwards — it is never stored in our database and never written to our logs. Only the result of the check is kept. If you are under 18, registration is refused.
3UUDO is independent of your university
This section explains the relationship between UUDO and the universities that appear on the platform. Please read it carefully.
3.1No affiliation or endorsement
UUDO is an independent, third-party service. UUDO is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, licensed by, or acting on behalf of any university, college, faculty, department, or educational institution, unless a specific partnership is expressly and publicly announced by both UUDO and that institution.
The presence of a university on the platform does not mean that the institution has approved, reviewed, partnered with, or has any relationship with UUDO.
3.2Email-domain verification is identity verification, not partnership
UUDO separates its communities by university. To enter a university’s community, you register with an email address on a domain that we have associated with that university. This requirement exists solely as an automated identity-verification and community-separation mechanism. It is not evidence of an institutional relationship, it is not administered by the institution, and it creates no rights or obligations for the institution.
We maintain the association between email domains and universities ourselves, and we may add, change, or remove domains at any time. Domain conventions differ by country — a university’s domain may end in .edu, .edu.br, .ac.uk, or anything else — and the form of a domain implies nothing about UUDO’s relationship with the institution.
3.3University names and marks
University names, abbreviations, crests, logos, and other trademarks remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Where such names or marks appear in the Service, they are used solely to identify the campus community concerned — a nominative, descriptive use — or they have been submitted by users and are shown as user content. UUDO claims no ownership of, and asserts no rights in, any institution’s marks, and their appearance does not indicate sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
3.4If you are an institution or a rights holder
A university, or the owner of any mark used in the Service, may write to legal@uudo.app to ask us to remove or change any use of its name or marks. We will respond promptly and in good faith.
4Your account
4.1Registration and accuracy
Please give accurate information when you register, and keep it current. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your academic affiliation, or create an account for someone else.
4.2One account per person
You may hold one account. You may not sell, rent, share, or transfer your account or your access credentials.
4.3Keeping your account secure
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for what happens under your account. We offer two-factor authentication (TOTP) and recovery codes in Settings, and we strongly recommend turning them on. Tell us at help@uudo.app straight away if you think your account has been compromised.
4.4Alternate email
You can add a verified alternate email address in Settings. We recommend doing so — see section 5.
5Campus access and the life of your account
5.1Continued access requirement
Your membership of a university community depends on your continuing to control an email address that we associate with that university.
5.2Graduation and loss of access
Universities routinely deactivate student email addresses on graduation, withdrawal, or transfer.
We may change your access, archive your profile, restrict your visibility within a campus community, or close your account if you stop controlling a qualifying university email address.
Where we reasonably can, we will tell you before we do this and give you a chance to add a verified alternate email address or otherwise confirm that you are still eligible.
5.3We do not monitor your enrolment
We receive no enrolment, registration, transcript, or graduation data from any institution, and we do not verify your academic standing. What we know is limited to whether your email address still works and what you tell us.
5.4Deactivation and deletion
You can deactivate your account at any time in Settings, and deactivation is reversible. You can also delete your account permanently in Settings. A deletion request has a 7-day grace period during which you can cancel it; after that, your data is permanently erased within 30 days. The full retention picture is in the Privacy Policy.
6Your profile, and what other students can see
Your profile may include your first and last name, a profile photo, a short bio, your university, your major, up to two minors, up to five certificate programs, your expected graduation year, and the interests you choose.
Your profile is searchable and visible to other verified members of your own university community. It is not visible to members of other universities: each university community is separated from every other, and that separation is enforced in our database, not merely in the App.
What you put in your profile is your choice, and you can edit or remove any of it at any time in the App. Please do not publish anything you would not want every verified member of your campus community to see.
Partner institutions may receive aggregated, anonymised engagement statistics through an administrative dashboard, computed with a minimum group size so that no individual student can be identified. Institutional administrators do not see your individual profile, your messages, or your activity through that dashboard.
7Your content, and the permission you give us
7.1You keep ownership
You keep every right you already hold in what you create, post, upload, or send through the Service (“Your Content”) — profile text and photos, messages, posts, events, organization pages, and anything else.
7.2The permission you give us
So that we can operate the Service, you give UUDO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence — sublicensable only to our service providers, and only so they can host and deliver the Service — to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical purposes such as resizing and format conversion, transmit, and display Your Content within the Service, to the audience you chose when you posted it.
This permission exists only to run the Service. It does not allow us to publish Your Content outside the Service, to sell it, or to use it in advertising, and it ends when you delete the content or your account — subject only to backups and to copies other users have already lawfully received, such as a message already delivered to its recipient.
7.3Your responsibility
You are responsible for Your Content, and you confirm that you hold the rights needed to post it and that it infringes nobody else’s rights and breaks no law.
7.4Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Service, we may use them freely and without obligation to you. Feedback is not confidential and is not Your Content under 7.2.
8How you may and may not use UUDO
You agree not to use the Service to do, attempt, help, or encourage any of the following.
8.1Harm to people
- Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or threaten anyone.
- Publish private information about someone without their consent — home address, personal phone number, private email, identity-document numbers, or class schedule (“doxxing”).
- Post hate speech, or content that attacks or demeans a person or group on the basis of race, colour, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, disease, age, sex, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
- Post sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate images, or content that sexualises any person without their consent.
- Promote or glorify self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or violence.
8.2Academic integrity
- Organise, advertise, broker, or take part in academic dishonesty — contract cheating, ghost-writing, selling or distributing exam material, answer-sharing rings, or impersonating a student in an assessment.
- Use UUDO to recruit for, or to coordinate, any such activity.
8.3Unlawful transactions and trade
- Offer, solicit, or arrange any illegal transaction, including the sale of drugs, alcohol to minors, weapons, stolen goods, counterfeit items, forged documents, or academic work as described in 8.2.
- Use the Service for gambling, pyramid or referral schemes, unlicensed financial services, or any activity that needs a licence you do not hold.
8.4Deception and platform abuse
- Impersonate any person, organization, university, or UUDO itself.
- Create multiple or automated accounts, or try to register with an email address you are not entitled to use.
- Post spam, chain messages, unsolicited commercial messages, or mass unsolicited connection requests.
8.5Technical integrity
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-collect data or personal information from the Service by any means, automated or manual.
- Try to reach data belonging to another university community, another user, or any part of the Service you are not authorised to reach, or try in any way to defeat the separation between campus communities.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to derive the source code of the App, except where that restriction is unenforceable under applicable law.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, get around rate limits or security measures, or introduce malware.
8.6Legal compliance
You must comply with every law that applies to your use of the Service, and with the terms of any third party whose service you use to reach UUDO — your mobile network operator, for example.
9Reporting, moderation, and enforcement
9.1How to report someone
You can report a user straight from their profile or from a conversation in the App, block any user from their profile or from a conversation, and manage everyone you have blocked in Settings. You can also write to help@uudo.app. This reporting channel is permanent, free, and open to every user, and we publicise it in the App and on the Site.
9.2What we may do
We review reports and may take any of these steps, in proportion to what we find: remove or restrict content; issue a warning; limit features; suspend an account; end an account; revoke an organization’s approval; or refer a matter to law enforcement where we believe there is a risk to life or a serious crime.
9.3Removal without a court order
We may remove or restrict content or accounts on our own initiative or after being notified, where we consider in good faith that these Terms or the law have been broken. For users in Brazil this reflects the framework set by the Federal Supreme Court in its 2025 ruling on Art. 19 of the Marco Civil da Internet: for most categories of unlawful content an out-of-court notice is enough to trigger our duty to act, while content said to be a crime against honour is generally removed on the basis of a court order.
Nothing in this section obliges us to monitor all content, and nothing in it limits any right you have under law.
9.4We tell you, and you can appeal
When we act against your account or your content, we will tell you what we did and why, unless the law prevents us or telling you would put someone else at risk. You can appeal any enforcement decision by writing to help@uudo.app. We will review appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.
Where a decision involved automated processing, you can ask us to review it — that is your right under LGPD Art. 20 — and a person will carry out that review.
9.5Transparency
We intend to publish periodic reports on out-of-court removal notices and enforcement actions, in line with the self-regulation duties described by the Federal Supreme Court.
9.6Copyright and other rights
If you believe content on UUDO infringes your copyright or another right, write to legal@uudo.app with a description of the work, where the content is, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised. We act on well-founded notices, and we may remove content and, for repeat infringers, end accounts.
10Student organizations and in-app governance
This section applies to every user. If you request an organization, you also accept the separate Organization Terms.
10.1In-app roles are platform privileges only
UUDO lets certain student groups — a student government, a Diretório Central dos Estudantes (DCE), or a Diretório Acadêmico (DA), for example — be designated as the governing body for their university, and lets organizations give their members positions such as President, Vice-President, Commissioner, or Treasurer.
These roles are internal platform moderation and administration privileges, granted by UUDO after a request and a verification process. Holding any role or designation on UUDO does not create employment, a partnership, a joint venture, legal agency, or any authority to represent UUDO or any university. No role holder may speak or act for UUDO or for any institution, or bind either of them.
10.2Delegated review authority
There is exactly one designated governing body per university, with jurisdiction over the whole university. Designation happens outside the App, through UUDO, at organizations@uudo.app. Where a university has a designated governing body, the position holders in that body with review rights may review, approve, or decline requests to create new student organizations in that university’s community.
While a university has no designated governing body, UUDO reviews all such requests directly. If a designation is revoked, undecided requests return to UUDO automatically.
Approval and decline decisions are recorded against the name of the person who made them. A decline must carry a written reason, which is shown to the requester, who may correct the request and resubmit it.
10.3Reviewers see other students’ data
Position holders with review rights can see the names and profiles of the students named in a request. If you hold such a role, you may use that information only to decide the request. You may not export it, share it outside the review queue, or use it for anything else.
UUDO remains the controller of that personal data. Misusing it breaches these Terms and may breach the LGPD.
10.4UUDO’s overriding authority
UUDO keeps sole and final discretion over all content, organizations, roles, and governance on the platform. At any time, with or without prior notice, we may review, change, reverse, or override any decision taken by a governing body or an organization leader — including reversing an approval or a decline — and we may remove content, dissolve or suspend an organization, reassign or revoke any role or designation, and restrict any account.
We will use this power reasonably and, wherever it is practical, we will explain what we did.
10.5Governance disputes
UUDO is not responsible or liable for the decisions, delays, omissions, or conduct of student-run governing bodies or organization leaders, including refusals to approve an organization, delays in reviewing a request, or disputes within or between student groups.
If you disagree with a decision taken by a student governing body, please do not escalate it inside the App — write to organizations@uudo.app. UUDO will make the final administrative determination for the platform. That determination concerns your access to and standing on UUDO only; it is not a ruling on any dispute you may have off the platform, and it does not affect your right to go to court.
10.6What “accredited” means on UUDO
An organization may be shown as accredited. This means only that its request was approved through the process described above. It is not certification, recognition, or endorsement by any university.
11Events, meetings, and offline interactions
11.1We are not the organiser
Events on UUDO are created and run by users and student organizations. UUDO does not organise, host, sponsor, supervise, inspect, insure, or vet any event, venue, or organiser, and does not verify any description, time, location, capacity, or safety arrangement.
11.2Offline risk is yours
You attend events, meet other users, and interact offline entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UUDO is not responsible or liable for any death, personal injury, illness, harassment, assault, property damage, theft, financial loss, or other harm arising from any event listed on the Service, any meeting between users, or any offline interaction, whether or not it began on UUDO.
11.3Sensible precautions
Meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and do not share personal or financial information with people you do not know. If you feel unsafe, contact your local emergency services first, and then report the user to us.
11.4Adding an event to your calendar
When you add a UUDO event to your device calendar, that information is written only to your phone. No calendar data is sent to us.
12Transactions between students
UUDO does not currently run a marketplace, does not process payments, and does not hold funds.
If you nevertheless arrange any exchange, sale, loan, service, or payment with another user — whether you arranged it on UUDO or somewhere else — that arrangement is strictly between the two of you. UUDO is not a party to it, does not verify either party, and is not responsible or liable for any loss, fraud, non-delivery, or dispute arising from it.
Illegal transactions are prohibited under 8.3. If we introduce paid features or a marketplace in the future, we will publish terms covering them before you can use them.
13Discovery, recommendations, and feeds
The Service ranks and recommends people, organizations, events, and content using automated systems that consider things like your interests, your academic profile, your connections, and activity on the platform.
We do not guarantee that any content, profile, organization, or event will appear in any feed, in any search result, in any position, or at all. Ranking, discovery placement, and distribution are provided without warranty of any kind and may change at any time without notice.
No user and no organization has a right to a particular level of visibility or reach. If a decision made about you by automated means significantly affects you, you can ask for human review under LGPD Art. 20 by writing to privacy@uudo.app.
14Privacy and data protection
How we collect, use, share, and protect personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is written to comply with the LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018) and, for users in the EU and EEA, the GDPR. Our Encarregado and Data Protection Officer can be reached at privacy@uudo.app.
14.1We are not a school official
UUDO is an independent commercial service. UUDO is not an educational agency or institution, is not a “school official” acting under the control of any institution, and does not receive, hold, or process education records on behalf of any institution.
The United States Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”) therefore does not govern UUDO’s handling of your information, and no institution’s FERPA obligations extend to us. What you give us comes from you, not from your institution’s records, and how we handle it is governed only by our Privacy Policy and by applicable data protection law.
14.2Chat is encrypted, but not end-to-end
Messages are encrypted at rest on our servers using AES-256-GCM, with keys we hold. Chat is not end-to-end encrypted: our systems are technically able to process message content in order to operate the Service, respond to reports, and comply with legal obligations. Please bear that in mind in what you send.
15Notifications and messages from us
We may send you service and account emails and, if you turn them on, push notifications to your device. You can manage notification preferences in Settings and turn push notifications off in your device settings.
We may still send you essential service, security, and legal messages even if you have turned other notifications off, because we need a way to reach you about your account.
16Our intellectual property
The Service — including the App, the Site, our software, our design, and the UUDO name and logo — belongs to UUDO and is protected by intellectual property law. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, solely to use the Service as these Terms intend. Every right not expressly given is reserved. Please do not use the UUDO name or logo without our written permission.
17Beta status, availability, and changes to the Service
UUDO is currently in beta. Features may be added, changed, restricted, or removed, and the Service may be unavailable or behave unexpectedly.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE, OR THAT ANY DEFECT WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE CONDUCT, IDENTITY, OR STATEMENTS OF ANY USER.
This section does not exclude or limit any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you — in particular, for consumers in Brazil, the rights guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990).
18Limitation of liability
Please read this section carefully. It limits what you can recover from us.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UUDO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (a) THE CONDUCT, CONTENT, OR OMISSIONS OF ANY USER, STUDENT ORGANIZATION, OR GOVERNING BODY; (b) ANY OFFLINE MEETING, EVENT, OR TRANSACTION BETWEEN STUDENTS, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTIONS 11 AND 12; (c) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGE, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY; OR (d) ANY UNAVAILABILITY OF, OR INTERRUPTION TO, THE SERVICE.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS OUR LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, WILFUL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER IN BRAZIL, NOTHING IN THESE TERMS RESTRICTS THE RIGHTS GUARANTEED TO YOU BY THE CONSUMER PROTECTION CODE (LAW NO. 8.078/1990), INCLUDING ARTICLES 25 AND 51.
19Your responsibility to us
If someone brings a claim against UUDO because of your unlawful conduct, your breach of these Terms, or content you posted, you agree to be responsible to us for the reasonable losses we suffer as a direct result, to the extent the claim is attributable to your conduct.
This does not apply to the extent the claim arises from our own act or omission, and it does not apply where the law protecting you as a consumer does not permit it.
20Suspension and ending your account
20.1By you
You can stop using the Service at any time, and can deactivate or delete your account in Settings (see 5.4).
20.2By us
We may suspend or end your access to the Service, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, if your continued access creates a risk to other users or to the Service, or if you stop being eligible under sections 2 or 5.
Where we can safely and lawfully do so, we will give you notice and a chance to respond, and you can always appeal under 9.4.
20.3What survives
Sections 3, 7.3, 7.4, 8, 10.4, 10.5, 11.2, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19, and 21 to 24 continue to apply after your account ends.
20.4Organizations you lead
If your account ends while you lead an organization, we may transfer or reassign that organization’s leadership, or suspend the organization, so that its members are not left stranded.
21Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as UUDO develops. Every version carries a version number and an effective date, and we keep earlier versions available so you can see what you agreed to, and when.
For any material change we will give you notice in the App or by email before it takes effect, and where the change materially affects your rights or obligations we will ask you to accept the new version before you carry on using the Service. For non-material changes, such as corrections and clarifications, we will update the effective date. If you do not accept a new version, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.
22Governing law and disputes
22.1Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
22.2Where you can bring a claim
If you are a consumer, you may always bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live. Nothing in these Terms requires you to litigate anywhere else, and we impose no forum-selection clause on consumers (Consumer Protection Code, Art. 101, I).
22.3No mandatory arbitration
We do not require you to arbitrate. There is no compulsory pre-dispute arbitration clause in these Terms — such a clause would be void in a Brazilian consumer contract (Consumer Protection Code, Art. 51, VII).
22.4Talk to us first
We would much rather solve a problem directly. Please write to help@uudo.app, or to legal@uudo.app for a formal legal notice, before starting proceedings. This is a request, not a condition: it does not delay or restrict your right to go to court, or to complain to a consumer protection body or to the ANPD.
23Terms required by the app stores
These terms are required by the platforms that distribute the App, and apply in addition to everything above.
- 23.1 The agreement is with us, not Apple: These Terms are concluded between you and UUDO only, and not with Apple Inc. UUDO, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
- 23.2 Scope of licence: Your licence to use the App is a non-transferable licence to use it on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as the App Store Terms of Service permit, including the Family Sharing and volume-purchasing rules.
- 23.3 Maintenance and support: UUDO is solely responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
- 23.4 Warranty: UUDO is solely responsible for any product warranties, express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price — the App is free, so any refund is zero. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
- 23.5 Product claims: UUDO, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the App or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection or similar legislation.
- 23.6 Intellectual property claims: If a third party claims that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, UUDO, not Apple, is solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging that claim.
- 23.7 Legal compliance: You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a United States Government embargo, or designated by the United States Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- 23.8 Contact: Questions, complaints, and claims about the App should be directed to UUDO Brasil Tecnologia LTDA, Rua Itapeva 636, Bela Vista, São Paulo — SP, 01332-000, Brazil, or to help@uudo.app.
- 23.9 Third-party terms: You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the App — for example, your wireless data service agreement.
- 23.10 Apple as third-party beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that on your acceptance of these Terms Apple will have the right — and will be deemed to have accepted the right — to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
- 23.11 Google Play: If you obtained the App from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, and UUDO, not Google, is responsible for the App.
24General
24.1Transferring this agreement
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. UUDO may transfer this agreement, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganisation, provided the transferee takes on these Terms in full and your rights are not reduced. We will tell you if that happens.
24.2Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the smallest extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms stay in force.
24.3No waiver
If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
24.4Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and — where they apply — the Organization Terms, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
24.5Language
These Terms are published in English and in Brazilian Portuguese. For users in Brazil, the Brazilian Portuguese version prevails if the two differ.
24.6Events outside our control
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including outages at our infrastructure providers, network failures, natural events, or acts of government.
24.7Notices
We will send notices to the email address on your account. Please send notices to legal@uudo.app or to the address in section 1.
